A court in Podgorica, the capital of Montenegro, has actually authorized the extradition of Terra creator Do Kwon to either South Korea or the United States, according to an upgrade published on the judiciary’s site.

The decision on the extradition will be made by the Montenegrin Justice Minister, after Kwon serves a four-month jail sentence in Montenegro for file forgery, it stated.
